Course outcomes:

a. Knowledge and Understanding:

1- Describe the different clinical steps for partial dentures Construction.
2- recognize objectives of partial denture prosthodontics
3- Describe different impression techniques for partially edentulous patient
4- Explain various mandibular positions.
5- recognize jaw relation, basic occlusion in partial dentures
6- Describe abutment preparation procedures before construction of removable dental appliance.
7- identify patients complaints after denture insertion and describe effective measures for their diagnosis and treatment

1- interpret normal and abnormal partially endentulous anatomy and its relationship to partial denture construction ..
2- Assess the typical problems that occur during partial denture construction.

4- distinguoish patient complain and develop effective measures for their treatment

1- Perform thorough clinical examination both extra and intra oral as well as general assessment of the patient conditions.
